The bane of us all!

Her smile kept me hoping that she'd return the message, but she's teaching me a lesson in patience.
-
She made the mistake of jokingly suggesting that she might shave my face in the middle of the night.
-
Nah, but I'd take his bike for a ride that neither of us would forget.
-
He flirted with everyone but me.
-
Oooh, I think that would be a ride i wouldn't survive.

I focus on looking at pics of where I want to be. I keep one on my mirror so I focus on that instead of what I currently see. I also write my weekly progress in lbs and body fat on my mirror so I can see that things are going in the right direction. I may not be where I want to be yet, but I'm closer today than I was when…

I don't generally flirt with other guys, but anyone with a beard or killer goatee is worth sharing a beer with at least.
-
Nah, IG filters aren't really my thing.

Thank you for sharing an abstract from a single study that acknowledges the continued debate on whether artificial sweeteners pose any health risks. One study doth not rule them all nor settle that debate. Even my own post did not assert whether artificial sweeteners are beneficial or detrimental, only that there are views…

Nope, no diet soda, limited regular soda. I get wanting an alternative if you're a serial soda drinker, but I've only ever had it sporadically, so I find it better just to cut it out altogether. I've read things about artificial sweeteners being almost as bad as sugar. They may or not be true considering the ever-changing…

I loved The New Rules of Lifting. Gives good foundation information, it helps teach good technique (though I'd still recommend having a personal trainer help initially just to make sure form is good), and has a good variety of lifts.

Twerking. I just don't get it at all.

I defintely have never been too great at the subtlety game. I can see charm, but still haven't crushed.
-
I've played the on/off game quite a bit myself and have been called a dork more often than a geek, but I'll take it. Anyone in this thread is free to add me.

I love how this thread started as a conversation about physically crushing people but it's turned into the figurative crushing. I crushed on @slimgirljo15 a while back, but not on Gordon_L. Literal crushing? I'll keep that to myself.

Not with gorgeous legs like that.

Roger that. I'll keep this in mind next time the situation arises :)

Southern folks were always my favorite to talk to when I worked various customer service telephone jobs. They always left you feeling better about the day and about life in general, even when they were calling because you shut off their phone because they forgot to pay their bill. It was always easy to say, "Sure, I'll get…

My grandpa was the king of giving out compliments to anyone and everyone. I always psyche myself out thinking I'll just come off as creepy. Like earlier this week I was shopping for new shoes and saw a girl with a fantastic color job on her hair. I was just walking past her and i thought to myself, "Wow she has gorgeous…

Ouch! Yeah, don't do that!

I definitely don't like raw olive oil. It's the reason I don't care for hummus. However, I don't mind cooking with it.
-
I do! There's a shirt that I bought several years ago and it was one of my favorites and a bit on the pricier side, so it would be great to wear it again.

My understanding was that being up and walking around would be figured into your response on how active you are during the day. Or you can set up your fitbit (assuming that's what you are using) to your account and it should adjust in your Food->Settings->Enable Negative Adjustments

Are facts truly facts? Aren't all facts subjective to some degree or another? Isn't that what Gordon_L really asking?
-
Aren't your answers all based on astrological charts?

Isn't science too easy an answer?
