To make it easy to keep track-I gave a 32oz water bottle. 4 of those equals a gallon!

I drink a gallon of water every day. That's 128oz. Some days I drink a gallon and a half-especially on days when I do extra workouts. It's important to replace that. I do drink a few cups of coffee every day as well. Otherwise-it's water ONLY!!!!!

I agree with above posted statement to watch your sodium intake. People concentrate so much on calories (still important to track them) and ignore sodium. That is where you'll see a difference.
