I had overnight Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon AND 1 tsp of almond butter - less than 200 cals. But I often eat avocado toast on 1 slice lo cal bread/ 2 T avocado and 1 egg - 162 cals.

I love my yunmai scale, it was affordable and it works great, so what if it doesn't sync, how hard is it to put your weight in weekly, plus it measures lots of other things like muscle mass so if i don't lose a pound that week my muscle mass or other numbers improve - always something positive other than how much you weigh.

I'm over a year into this lifestyle. Played around the first 9 months and lost 25 lbs. Had a small stroke in April 2016 was eye opening. Since then I'm down another 45. 70 lbs down and 44.6 more to be under 200. I started at 314. My goal is to be there by Christmas 2016.
