My youngest just turned 11 , been crazy busy which makes it difficult to eat healthy. Couldn't help it had cupcake and pizza at the party. Hopefully today I will do better .

Thank you will add you all. How we doing I haven't really lost much yet but have been turned on to tea lately and it is helping me . Green tea and ginger peach. Suppresses my appetite and it really helps.

Weight watchers has great deserts.my fav is Graham crackers on bottom layer and yogurt mixed with applesauce 2nd layer ..and repeat. Yumm
