Hello :)
-
I guess I'm wondering about weight distribution and if its possible to look like you have gained 5x more weight than you actually have.
-
If I didn't work-out, I probably could have gained 30kg or more this year
-
I had a binge today, and it was half the size it used to be!
-
Myself. Whenever theres any sort of obstacle, I freak out, and instead of trying to find a solution, I end up at KFC.
-
Pretty important, but I'm not super athletic or sporty. I think I would enjoy it more once I am close to a healthy weight. I do better with my fitness than my food choices.

http://www.healthyfood.co.nz/blogs/the-art-of-nutrition/2016/september/06/confident-eating This is aimed at parents, but there is some really good stuff in here. One thing you could do, is prepare food you aren't comfortable with or haven't tried before for other people, and just try a spoonful (especially if it is things…

I haven't watched heaps of shows on Netflix, but I liked Orphan Black and Homeland.
-
I agree with the person who said to try all foods cooked or prepared in several different ways. It can take up to 10 tries before you like or get used to a food. I thought I hated olives, but I find them okay in bread/pizza or with this tuna thing I get. So, you never know.
-
Gross. I think you would pass out if you did that. Some people do basic exercises and stretches in there. I don't know if its recommended, although it must be similar to hot yoga.
-
Whom are you referring to?
-
I might do better on my own now that I've been training for over 18 months. I guess I'll just have to try.
-
Wow you got through a lot!
-
I would wear my clean bathing suit, sweaty clothes would be gross. I wouldn't want to sit where someone had been naked.
-
I forgot to elaborate. I can't motivate myself, a trainer pushes me much further than I would push myself, if I perceive something to be too hard, I give up. Or that has been my pattern so far.
-
I can't see the harm in trying, you might gain strength and burn more calories during the day if nothing else.
-
I get motivated when I weigh myself daily and see my weight drop.
-
Likes fairies Wears fancy workout clothes Is not a natural blonde

Yeah, we talked today. I am not really willing to do it alone, but it may be the only way. I wish I had a friend to train with.
-
I meant with food. The exercise thing isn't as obvious.
-
I know what to do, I just suck at doing it. I have exercised consistently for nearly two years, otherwise I would have put ALL of the weight back on. I hate tracking food, and I have issues with binging. I am trying something new now so hopefully I can get my food issues sorted out.
-
I didn't mention a calorie deficit or weighing my food because I thought those were obvious. This thread was just about exercise.
-
I talked to him just now, and he said I can pay for half an hour and get an hour if I go with a friend.
-
Me currently. This is after a year and a half of personal training. I have lost 17kg, although I get gaining and losing the same 3kg. I lost about 7kg by myself, and the rest with various trainers.
-
I was thinking I could cut back to 1 session a week.
-
Should I lose the weight first, than do the plan, or start the plan now?
-
Where is strong lifts available?
-
I wanted to look something like this. Of course, with so much weight to lose, I'm unsure of whether I'll have loose skin.
-
I have 4 1/2 hour sessions a week for $30 a session. Wait, I think I got my maths wrong.
