  • Just focus on the end result. If you dont do it for yourself, sooner or later, it all goes to waste.

  • I ve been eating arround 1100-1300 per day, and doing some exercise as well, and to be honest, ive never felt more energy before. I have a fairly hard job too, and since i starded eating better and healthier, i feel like i just dont need as much food as i used to. Just keep your head high, hang on!

  • From what i learned, not losing weight doesnt mean its not working. If your body is building muscle while losing fat, you can even gain weight. Instead of using the scale alone, you should find out your "measures" and see if there is any change on those.
