As long as you're progressing, you're fine. Just try and hit failure on the last rep. No, we don't want you die:)

Same here, early mornings for me. Made the mistake of going 7 in the evening once, the amount of people and the smell just made me turn back.

Dynamic warm up before Static stretching after Foam roll two or three times a week. I never used to do any of this stuff, ended up with knots in my back and lack of flexibility. Had to get deep tissue massages to fix this, the massages made me tear up from the pain. They hurt you to heal you. I learnt my lesson.

Crunches won't get rid of love handles. Op, start with lowering your cals, start with a deficit of 100-200 and work from there. You're getting fatter cause you're eating at a surplus right now. Since you're lifting as well, keep the protein high and see what works for you in terms of carbs and fats. Weigh yourself AND…

Warm up - I prefer dynamic Weights Cardio Static stretching In that order. I do a mix of hiit and steady cardio. On lifting days, cardio is about 30mins 15 mins of sprints intervals and 15 mins of steady slow paced jogging. On non lifting days, I'd do an hour or so of just steady jogging. Don't over think it man, just find…

I'm feeling too lazy right now to do maths and find your maintenance cals. Firstly, don't stop exercising. Half the amount of cals you're eating back from your exercise. If that doesn't help, lower your deficit by by 100 cals. Weigh yourself every week. Measure yourself every week. Tweak based on results. My uneducated…

I'm kinda guilty of this as well, I have coffee with my sugar-_- Op, I was on 10 cups a day with three spoons of sugar in each. I did what another poster mentioned, cut down the coffee to 2 cups a day and use the sugar free syrups to get that sweetness. I decided to cut down cause of my teeth, my dentist wasn't too pleased…

Time your meals and have snacks in between. Log everything you eat, even if it's a salad. Drinking more water helped me get rid of this habit.

I suggest in addition to weighing yourself, that you use a tape measure and get the numbers for your waist, hips, arms, shoulders, chest etc. Weigh and measure yourself once a week and adjust your calories based on the results. Start with a surplus of 200-250 cals and take it from there.

Guy made her stand on the scale. I've been married for close to a decade now, I still don't know what my wife weighs. I'd be getting some dirty hooks to the body if tried to pull this shiz with her.

I'm 32, I can't say I know exactly how you feel, you're in your shoes. Being celibate might help or it might not, I do think stopping this empty sex with different girls is a step in the right direction. Take some time out bro, learn about yourself. Find out who you are, sex is just a tiny part of life. A woman should…

I don't get enough time to sleep at night properly. I keep myself sane by taking naps whenever I can. Even if it's a 20min window, I'll take it. Sometimes these half hour naps get me more energised than my entire nights sleep put together.
-
So you're getting 4-5 hours sleep? Seems like your body's telling you to rest. No supplement or diet can make up for lack of rest.

Get a digital kitchen scale, they're cheap and easier to use than a measuring cup. Srs

5x5 or any of its different variations. It's a strength routine and is amazing for noobs, men and women. Incorporate some cardio, good nutrition and watch the calories. Log your numbers every session. Log your cals diligently. You'll have to tweak your calories and macros as you go along. Adjust things based on the results…
