yes, any good carbs... oats, potatoes, rice, wheat, etc. but be sure you're getting enough sleep too.
-
drink plenty of water and plan to budget in a big salad at the end, should help fill you up before bed.
-
yes it's all good, often eat cottage cheese, Parmesan, low fat shredded fiesta blends, etc.

i used to be really picky, not liking the taste of many "healthy" foods and had to rely on water to choke it down (like cottage cheese, vegetables, eggs, etc.) but since i was on a deficit for many months... i learned to love and appreciate all foods and now can eat any foods with ease. i'm just grateful to be able to eat!
-
common sense ppl, when i eat halo top/arctic zero, etc... i typically eat 1 or 2 servings to get my ice cream "fix", that's it! defiantly not every day either. it's quite delicious though, don't even need full calorie ice cream.

im slowly working up my calories to find a surplus to gain lean mass, doubt id be able to go that high without gaining too much fat but we'll see. i could easily eat 3K without trying though, love food.

if you're referring to just unhealthy food then any pizza, fast food or the frozen "junk" food from the grocery store comes to mind, but it's very rare for me to pig out and go over my calorie budget even when "cheating". i actually really enjoy the healthy foods i eat daily so i don't even eat junk very often.

food scale is essential, and even have a backup ready to go just in case.

mm i haven't had watermelon in while, need to get some... i know it's delicious.

chicken breast/thighs (skinless boneless), any fish (tuna, tilapia, etc.), lean ground turkey/beef, beef rump roast, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, whey protein, egg whites, so many good options.
-
some of Arctic Zero is actually decent IMO, but Halo Top taste more like ice cream. i haven't even seen wink 100 before, but id at least try it.
-
ive made my share of cauliflower and broccoli crusted pizza, they're decent tasting for what they are, but it's bit messy and time consuming so i typically stick with the frozen pizzas that are like 600-1000 cals per pizza... much easier to pop one of those in the oven.
-
i may try their decaf offering at some point, sounds interesting since they use stevia as sweetener.
-
i typically stick with almond milk, low cal and taste good!
-
they're delicious, i can't get tired of eggs... but generally i don't go over 3 or 4 whole eggs in a day, and get the rest of my fats from other foods. i don't even eat whole eggs every day either... just whatever fats i feel like having for that day. i defiantly wouldn't worry about having 2 eggs a day, merely my opinion.

im too ocd, and actually enjoy being precise but if you're able to 'eye ball' it and maintain your weight/goals then great, whatever works for you. :) only time i don't really log everything is during the major holidays and let go a little bit... but that's like 2-3 days in the year.

i don't typically go to trader joe's but if i do i'll be sure to look for them, they sure look good from the photo.

since eating is pure bliss for me, grocery shopping is the next best thing  so generally speaking, here are my common foods... oats, shredded wheat, lentils, quinoa, popcorn, beans, rice, rice cakes, fruit spreads, applesauce, almond/nut butters, eggs, egg beaters, almond milk, greek nonfat yogurt, lowfat cottage…
-
almond butter is one of my common fats, but i actually like cottage cheese (and pretty much all foods)... nuts, avocados, chia seeds, butter, coconut oil, whole eggs, so many delicious options. :)

for a man of your size, that calorie budget seems really low and you may lose way too quickly... not sure how you got that budget but can only imagine you're going to be hungry and binge. i would suggest you log what you normally eat (be as accurate as possible), and slowly deduct 50-100 cals per day (every 2-4 weeks)…
-
you may have to experiment to figure out your true deficit since we're all different depending on many factors (age, sex, activity level, genetics, etc.), but thru trial and error -- i just kept lowering my calorie budget (by 50-100 cals per day) every 2-4 weeks until i slowly and consistently loss weight and then had to…

fruits and vegetables really help fill you up so you don't go over calorie budget. :)

ive always been taught 1g per 1 lb.

if you're trying to build muscle, then match your protein (grams) to your current body weight... don't over think it too much. you may go a little high, little low, but stay around there.. now if you're not trying to build muscle, then you really don't need that much. id say drop it down to 60-80% of your current body…

yes of course, love food and always looking forward to my next meal.

LOL, guess it's personal preference... some of the Arctic Zero flavors don't taste much like ice cream you're right, but some are actually decent like the cookie dough chip is pretty darn good given what it is...etc. then again, im deprived so i enjoy any food i get to eat. id say to the OP, at least try Arctic Zero and…
