So I've been using MFP app since May 2016 and this is the first time I've seen this behavior before. I had added 6 meals (default is 4), but as of today, they defaulted back to "Breakfast" "Lunch" "Dinner" and "Snacks" and then lost the other two. I've tried a few times now to go back into the food diary settings and add…

I see they gave an update: ** As of 8:30am PT (11/30), the issues have been fixed. The areas across MFP that were impacted should now be resolved and working correctly again. If you continue to have any of the symptoms referenced below, please let us know.

I'm just glad it's not just me, hopefully they can sort it soon.

fruit is very beneficial, just balance it within your diet properly as it's high in cals/carbs/fructose. there's such a variety of fruits available, and ive yet to find one i didn't like... i eat mixed berries and bananas most often thou.
-
im fine with just black coffee, nothing added... :)
-
i would say eggs, greek yogurt, shredded wheat or oats... those are common foods for me...mmm
-
yes i count everything, every day and been doing it over a year now. i don't mind it, actually enjoy it... knowing how much im eating every day is fun to me, doesn't take much time to punch it into MFP.

yes all the time, saves me time and makes sure the macros work, etc.
-
they're delicious.... :)
-
nice, will look for it next time at kroger!
-
dont go too long without eating or you get really hungry and end up over eating...etc.
-
I used to not like the taste of them but now love them, as many foods ive grown to appreciate.
-
100 grams of boneless skinless chicken thighs is more like 200 calories... at least that's "fatsecret" entry ive been using in MFP... taste so much better than white chicken breast, as it should with the calorie bump.
-
As much as I love oats, prefer a variety... :)
-
that sounds about right, i eat both "skillet cooked" and boiled, just whatever im in the mood for, etc.. and add the cals from butter/oil portion cooked on the skillet.
-
They're all delicious to me but I probably eat pecans and peanuts the most.
-
yeah seems like cooked 100 grams is around 200 calories, that sounds about right.
-
add some dried prunes to your diet, they're so delicious too.
-
yeah it's fine, any lettuce is good, helps fill me up with low cals.
-
lol our taste buds are defiantly not on the same page, think they're both great.
-
my diet is full of nutrition already so probably don't really need them but i take one anyways (for good measure) and only half a dosage (chop the pill in half), which are men's Rainbow Light... one bottle will last me 300 days.
-
i never do, just not sure how much i burn accurately so i don't worry about it. i just adjust my calories budget as needed depending if im trying to maintain/cut/gain. guess you could if you can get an accurate estimate burned, etc.

Pizza is one of my favorite foods and probably could it eat every day without question. But with that said, only eat it maybe 1 - 3 times a month... will just eat a frozen pizza you pop in the oven that's like 600 - 1200 calories depending on which one I get from the grocery store, satisfies my fix and I know the calories.…
-
Nope, love it all.
-
ive tried probably most of the flavors and haven't found one didn't like, they're great... but i even like most arctic zero offerings.
