Invest in a really good supportive shoe (sneaker, cross-training, etc.), and wear them often!! Minimizing the daily impact that comes from walking, stairs, etc., will help. Good luck and keep taking care of yourself!!

Cut raw potato into french fry shaped strips (chip shaped strips for our UK friends!); Toss in olive oil (about 1 tablespoon per large potato); spread in single layer on baking sheet; sprinkle with favorite seasoning (I like salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper -OR- salt and sweet curry powder); bake at 425F until done.…
