MFP says 1470 but I can''t eat more than 1250 or I begin to creep up. I ride a stationary bike 5 days a week hard for 30 mins, and lift weights for upper body 3 days a week. I tried to very gradually increase to 1300 but started gaining. I guess I have to resign myself to 1250. Sigh

I was on 1400 calories a day and lost slowly but steadily. That's why I'm so mystified.
