Regarding Social Security. We took ours when we retired st 62 because we would rather save our money and spend social security. That away the kids have a better chance of inheriting something. Charlene in Ohio

I have started doing much better. Eating is getting better. Joined a group that sends you inspiration and dieting and exercise tips. Today I walked around our zoo for three hours. My feet are going to fall off. It was great because the animals were active. I learned from that group to prepare healthy snacks that are easy…
