Cooking two different ways is very hard, I did it for a while. I started using cauliflower rice but I'm not fooling anyone :D

@daylitemag I know the feeling, I have binged many times. Please put it behind you and truck on! On the nuts.. I need to stop buying them. I eat too much and they make me crave crunchy, salty snacks. Good luck!

I agree, the projected weight should be able to be turned off. I feel like I'm setting myself up for disappointment.

This is actually why I downloaded mfp yesterday, I was having the same issue. I was horrified when I saw my actual caloric intake.

I'm also at 1200, I have a lot of weight to lose. Today was my first day and I went over. I will have to cut back during the day because I get bad munchies at night. Good luck!
