Yes I do, find it’s a good way to track cals burnt. Think quite a few of us here (?) use them.

rowerc2 – awesome rowing! kiki_ac – how to clean mats? anti-bac wash (diluted with water) wipe with kitchen towel. Don't use loads of water. And well done on the crane!

Hi all. Seems like you’re all doing brilliantly – awesome work everyone! Holiday and birthday celebrations over, I’m now back on track. Chest, shoulders, triceps done, threw a short session of cardio in also.

Hi all. Did really badly this week: no exercise (apart from one day) and no correct nutrition/diet meant 3 lbs gain. That’s really BAD! Hope everyone has a better weigh in than me. I’ve got to get back on track - wish me luck please. Good luck everyone else!

I have to admit to struggling with the mini challenge this week, in fact, failed most days. I’m on holiday at the moment so am out of my usual routine which may have something to do with it? Also…

Did legs & back and threw in some cardio since missed yesterday’s workout. No rest day for me, missed two days already. Its difficult working out on holiday!

It’s so not fair, is it? Can totally relate! I use a HRM to track my workouts.

Hi all, shoulders & arms done, with ab ripper also. Managed to up weights on some exercises & core is getting stronger. The programme’s starting to work – excellent! Hope everyone is starting to see results. @Alderaic / @bayles1: thanks for posting tips.

Wow some serious motivators here: @Alderaic doing P90x and Insanity in same day; @kiki_ac upping your weights (well done!) and @lisa451999 starting to like ab ripper (that’s mad!) :smile: You're doing brilliantly – well done! Thanks for keeping me focused. Hopefully post results later.

@achasnis: no, not even close. I’ll keep on going, see what happens. Have decreased my cal intake as not burning recommended cals. Fingers crossed will start seeing some changes.

Hi ‘WishComeTru’ - thanks for the chart and the link. Checked my veg/fruit requirements: apparently I need 2 cups fruit / 2.5 cups veg. It’ll be interesting to see if I can achieve that. Thanks for sharing info and good luck for the week.

Hi all. Been ill this week, stomach bug, lost 5 lbs. Not a good way to lose weight so it probably shouldn’t count (besides I’ll probably put it back on!). Well done to all who have lost and for others who haven’t: keep up the hard work you’re doing brilliantly. Thanks ‘wishcometru’ for the chart - looks good.

Ha, ha, if only! :-) @imustbegood: I think, though not sure, its the ft7 upwards that gives the zones. I don’t know about the ft4: maybe someone who has one could comment?
