It really depends on the type of yoga you’re interested in but if its ashtanga yoga either Godfrey Deveruex or Richard Freeman. Probably not for beginners, these are challenging, but hope you find something that inspires you.

Hi all, hope everyone had a good week. Afraid my week wasn’t so good. Had a few days of ‘emotional eating’ which wasn’t good! Despite that, lost 1.2 lbs this week, really pleased. Plan to eat better next week. Good luck all for the weigh in.

Hi all. @ zanderzone hope you’re feeling better and like the exercise challenge idea. A mini challenge sounds good. Maybe a daily workout, say, aim to burn x amount of calories (something achievable). We all know it’s good to exercise but don’t always do that. Having to report back to the group, it may help keep focused.…

Hi all. My hubby helped out, did the food shopping. Came back with double chocolate cookies – yeks! Managed to resist but ate 1 chocolate digestive instead. The cal count wasn’t so bad and got the chocolate :-) Good luck all for the rest of the week - not long until Friday's first weigh in!

Hi. Like @Givemewings says, just use as you would chicken. Quorn chicken style pieces make a nice curry with curry paste, onion and rice. Or try Quorn mince to make a lovely (less fat, hopefully?) Bolognese sauce to have with spaghetti. There's loads you can do - enjoy!

Hi all, lost 1 lb this week. Failed on exercise but managed to eat correctly. Been trying to eat clean and natural foods. Did ok drinking water and eating veg/fruit. Out of interest, how long left on this round? Can I register for round 3 please? Looks like, for me, its going to take awhile shifting those pounds! Good luck…

Hello all, lost 0.4 lbs. Was hoping for more: ate correctly and exercised most days. Still, can’t be ungrateful. I’ll continue with the mini challenge it keeps me focused for eating properly. Good luck all who haven’t yet weighed in.
