Oops, just saw this. Ignore my question in the other thread. Looks like 2 scoops of Progenix is roughly 3 blocks of protein, 1/3 block carbs and 1/4 block fat.

I've got a big bag of Progenix Recovery (it says 2 scoops = 23g protein, 8g carbs, 1g fat). I want to design a breakfast (3 blocks) based on those 2 scoops. I never usually eat breakfast.
