I'm always looking for new friends! I have about 40 lbs to lose, but struggle due to hashimoto's.

I just recently moved to Okmulgee, talk about small town! But thankfully it moved us closer to the grandkids!

@calichiro apparently my reply didn't post last night, but I appreciate the information! I've been in remission once, it was heaven, but haven't been able to get back there. I keep hoping and going and trying :)

I can finally walk out of my front door and I'm off all meds for anxiety, so baby steps.

Swimming would be a great idea if I wasn't so scared of water. I don't know what brought it on, but even the bathtub can cause an anxiety attack.

Hugs. Have you consulted with your doctor about any type of exercise you can do? For people who cannot exercise due to a physical condition a good healthy diet is key. How about a nutrituonist? Going raw or starting a plant base diet. Of course you would need to consult your doctor. [/quote] I'm normally a healthy eater.…

I have Hashimoto's that refuses to go into remission, so I'm on every known antihistamine as well as Synthroid. Energy?? I have no recall of such a word...

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2011.Every day I fill out my diary. Every day it tells me I need to eat more. But yet I'm still gaining weight. I have major joint damage thanks to the military, so not all exercises are possible for me. I'm lost on what to do.
