I have 3 children ages 4,3,1 the older two both have autism. I can very hard on me at times..I would eat when I felt stressed due to their conditions and blame myself. I love my children more than anything, but sometimes it do s take a toll on me and I would need food to fill the pain, or stress, or any bad emotion.

Wowwww really I did not know that. I started it because my sister is on it.. She tells me she's losing 6lbs a week..so I thought maybe it will work for me..but now..lol not sure. Thank you

Yes it is. A big struggle. Some days I wanna give in and just be fat lol but I know I'm not happy this way. I know how I feel about summer coming and I won't be in shorts or a swimsuit..so I'm trying to sick to it. I've only lost 8lbs but I'm going to keep trying. You can too
