If you're on your phone you can also click on the persons name here and I box will pop up. Click on their name again and it'll take you to their page. You'll see a friend request button there you can just click that and send the request. Not sure how it works if you're on a computer but I'm assuming it's pretty much the…

Make sure you have your Fitbit selected to count your steps. Click the more tab in the app and select steps. It'll be their. If that doesn't help try disconnecting your Fitbit again I had to do that a couple times until it finally took. Just make sure you disconnect from both MFP and Fitbit
