Total carbs - fiber = net carbs

If you're not hungry dont eat. If you insist, well, i fill the gaps with peanut butter usually.
-
Might even ditch low carb for this
-
Im sure you've been running this deficit for 2 years, glad you're still alive.
-
It is double dipping as you said. Id go with the conservative estimate to be on the safe side
-
To each their own, but if you keep doing that daily the deficit will be too large to sustain on the long run. Just sayin

50 extra calories per hour, 8 hrs a day...
-
I prefer to set activity level depending on your job/lifestyle and add exercise calories on your diary separately
-
If its not factored in your activity level already why not
-
Because a 50 kg barbell is much safer right?

I dont trust myself around junk food and that's why i dont buy it. The "ill just eat one cookie a day" narrative is a lie that i used to tell myself. Now i only buy small portions when im craving them coz if a box of cookies made its way to my table it wont stay on it for long
-
Instead of using a barbell for resistance, use weight plates, you know, the weights you put on barbell. Like this http://jillfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/HS_Bridge_A.jpg
-
Power rack with safety bars eliminates the need for a spotter, not sure you can set one up in a shed though.
-
Use plates instead

More water then

Anything that doesnt come from an animal

That's the theory behind atkins. From my personal experience it works, but then again i was at a calorie deficit so...being sensitive to carbs im biased towards low carb dieting.

I train fasted almost everyday. Cant say if it makes me lose more fat but i feel much more energetic when my body doesnt have to worry about digestion. Some people feel they're low on energy when they dont eat before, but if you dont feel like that you dont need to eat.
-
You cant spot reduce, my love handles were my bulge and they managed to stay there until i had no fat anywhere else. You can try to improve your posture with yoga and other stuff to improve the appearance, but the fat will not disappear unless you manage to lose weight in general
-
Tried atkins (while counting calories) and had great results. Your mood will suffer though so be prepared to be edgy. Road rage was the worse
-
Are you eating below or at least at your maintenance?
-
You're welcome to check my diary its public
-
There's probably some water weight in there but it shouldnt take any more or less time than when you lost it in the first place

It means your body got a level of stress that it's not used to. This is not exactly science but if you ask me being moderately soar means i'm doing a good job.

The metabolic aftershock or the afterburn is a real concept, but the calories you burn after said exercises (EPOC) are negligible. Purchasing a program might be good for a beginner, but dont base your decision on the aftershock gimmick, it's not worth it.

Improving posture will give the impression of a flatter stomach. Planks are great for that

I'm surprised no one mentioned GI index yet. Yes sugar is sugar but how fast it hits your blood stream and spikes your insulin is a whole different story. There is also the fact that fructose can only be stored in the liver which has a limited capacity while glucose can be stored as glycogen. So yea, sugar is sugar but…
