Best advice I can give is to increase your fruit and vegetable intake and walk, run, or bike whenever possible. I can give you my program that I'm doing (all beginning stuff cause I haven't done anything in years) if you like.

I've been trying to find a group our create a group to share and compare with. I'm happy to join this one and do both.

Bowflex has an app with a bunch of different exercises. You don't need to use weights if it isn't comfortable, but that's what I'm doing now. It's a 6 week program.
