  • Me! I need to lose 40 pounds and weigh 188! It’s time! I also don’t understand the whole Macros thing. I just input my calories daily. I want to lose slow though so I don’t feel Sick or deprived. I don’t want to feel Like I’m on a diet or else I won’t maintain it. So I’m comfortable With 1 pound per Week
