  • management is key rob...I check myself every week 2/4 hours after eating ...it is beatable by excersize and diet...but the latter 2 are difficult and you have to be strong mate
  • thanks guys much appreciated ...to be honest the way I find trying to keep me motivated is by body shaming myself .(I have taken a photo of myself showing what I have done to myself)..sounds extreme and might not work for everyone but when I see that it upsets me and I forget about going over my daily calorie count...
