  • Having a hard time wanting to go do cardio, I just don't find it enjoyable like lifting. But either way I've still been going MWF to lift. Also if the scale at the gym is to be believed I've lost about 30 lbs so far in a bit less than 2 months.

  • Diet Cherry Pepsi, Diet Dr Pepper ... those are about the only two that I think don't taste terrible, but I seem to be the only one who likes sucralose in Diet Pepsi rather than aspartame.
  • I wish they had squat racks and let you deadlift, other than that it is great with the exception of the kind of industrial atmosphere. I rarely see people talking to each other, and if they are it seems they are friendly beforehand.
