No, my program is awesome.....and I was asked so I answered. I never said you had to do it. Nevertheless its better than suffering from depression being faced with diabetes and high blood pressure and basically killing myself......So guess what, if this is what you call whack I choose whack over your program that nobody…

I train each body-part in rotation 7 days per week. To be more specific.. back day, bicep day, chest day, tricep day, shoulder & delts day, leg day...then repeat. Each body part is trained for an hour and a half, then I do 300 calories of cardio after the workout...... so I'm in the gym for 2 hours every single day 7 days…

I actually have two of them...... there's many YouTube reviews also that you can look at. And you can't beat the price point. Now if you want it a super high end one then you can go that route as well but this works perfect. @Hope228 @tcay584 @kathrynjean_
