KetoDiet app is great you do pay, but it's minimal. When I started you paid a little for different recipe additions only if you wanted them. The app changed a bit last year when I took a break from it but it's thorough and full of resources that are keto focused.

Maybe your body just doesn't want more? Are you really tall at 90.5 kg (curious only)? Maybe talk to your doctor about your thyroid or blood sugar or something?

Dairy and nuts are easy ways to add calories. A little cream in coffee, butter on toast or veggies, cheese on everything... lots and lots of cheese. Honestly though I wish I had your problem, said amused only in good spirits and not begrudgingly.

Health concerns anyone's doctor addresses are going to trump this, but if you do low carb or keto diets you need to be sure you replenish electrolytes. One of those is sodium! If you take a small bite and slooooooowly savour it (til the flavor leaves your mouth before you have another bite) then your brain feels satisfied before you've had time to over indulge.

Strawberries are So low cal and help reduce cravings. 100g or 3.5oz is like 25 cal

Zucchini with deli sliced meats. The zucchini has so little calories and no flavor and when sliced makes a crisp fresh cracker replacement. You can eat like a pound of it before you get to 80 calories. A few slices of deli meat cut into toppings adds the flavor and a savory touch.

Make sure you use silver tequila, any brand. The silver helps avoid that pepper flavor.

Tequila 2 oz Nellie & Joe's key west lime juice (not sweetened) 1.5 to 2 oz Stevia Clear 2 to 3 squirts (about 40-60 drops) 20-30 oz Water (or lemon lime unsweetened seltzer)

It could be a vitamin deficiency that's causing the cravings. I know it sounds ridiculous but I've read broccoli has the same chemical in it that satisfies like chocolate... perhaps load up on cooked buttered/cheesy broccoli to get that nutrient plus vitamins. The dairy toppings would give added fat for calories. I deal…
