I read once that If you only do cardio your body will become a smaller shape of what it is now. In order to change your shape you have to do strength training. I have a pear shape...I don't want to just become a smaller pear...so I lift weights.

I started riding my bike at the BMX track with my kids 3 days a week. Love it!

Both kids race BMX and I've started riding my bike at the track. We are at the BMX track 3 times a week and most out of town trips are for state and national races. Love our BMX family!
