My husband went from 377lbs to 230lbs in 9 months eating a high protein low carbs diet from 1,000-1,200 calories a day on doctors orders! Keep going just make sure you eat ALOT of protein!

I use MFP! It works well but you need to have a 400-600 deficit after working out to see results. I've lost 12lbs in 10 days. Also make sure you're getting enough cardio in. Like cardio that takes your breath away and makes you want to quit. I love yoga and it's great for flexibility & stamina but doesn't burn fat!!
