Brussel sprouts: roast them with olive oil and sea salt. (400 for about 15-20 min depending on preference) really very tasty. I add extra salt on the days when I am craving something salty. I like the roasted brussel sprouts leftover and cold too.

I don't eat the "added" calories BUT I am eating 1800 calories a day: 5'6", 45 minutes of aerobics 5X a week and still losing weight steadily, 25 pounds lost since August 1. If I ate the calories I burned I would be eating an additional 5-600 a day, seems like I would maintain and not lose.

I am choosing to aim for a size, not a weight. I 'm 5'6 , currently @ 215, new to the program. My goal? Size 10. I don't ever expect to get to what I weighed in college. I'm older, 57, and realistic. At about 180 I can wear a size 10.
