I think I know what you mean by this post well esentially i've always been called "handsome" "cute" but I personally never felt attractive until I started loosing weight. I can definitely say though ever since i've lost weight I get approached way more than before when I was heavier.

Depends on the timing of the meal but lets just say a regular lunch meal I usually go with 6 oz chicken / 5 oz veg (broc/asparagus) / 3 oz of brown rice. Feel not FULL but content until its time for the next meal.

nice job on the loss that is an awesome number! 20 days is a good amount of time on track for sure be proud! I sometimes can't stay on track more than a week lol!
