What is mct? I use coconut oil, butter and eat avocados. I also use Heavy Cream and sugar free torani syrup in my coffee. But when you look at the fats each day, it doesn't even come close to what the macros say it should be. Maybe I need to bump up on the cheese and bacon - LOL YUM! :#

Hi everyone. I am re-starting the ketogenics diet and really need this to track my daily intake. Having trouble with the fats and eating enough of them.
