How's everyone doing towards their goals? Today was a good day for me. I actually checked all of my food and came in under my goal.

Today is my first day in a long time in which I loved all of my food and that my calorie goal. Hooray! It's also the first day I have used a Fitbit and I already hit 10,000 steps. Didn't realize how much I'm on my feet at work. Feel free to add me as a friend by the way.

Love The honesty in this group. I'm also fat. Less fat than I was but nowhere near my go. I've been slowly gaining back for a while I need to get back in shape.

I lost 20 which wasn't even my end goal, but I stop doing all the great things that I was doing. I'm starting to gain that 20 back after working so hard to lose it. I need to get back into things!
