Already done a half marathon on 2nd Sept and am now training for my next HM on 14th October. Aiming for 15-20 miles a week (on top of 2 gym sessions a week and one rest day). OK so I'm a road runner (not the feathered variety) and I can't understand how anyone can run on a treadmill - whether at home or at the gym. My recommendation would be try outside first a few times especially if you don't already run.
