I put low fat cottage cheese in my oatmeal. About a quarter cup. It sounds wierd but is really good and the protien helps to cut the carbs.

I have asked for the low cal version of their dressing and they had it, so just ask. Cant really tell the difference and calorie saving is impressive.

Sounds to me like you might be over reacting to the diagnosis. I am diabetic and have never taken a medication for it, i control it thru diet and exercise. You do need carbs, just opt for healthy ones, not sugar or refined, whole grains are good, white rice is bad. White bread will kill you! Exercise is key, you need to…
