Relatively new here. 27 and SICK of trying fad diets and yo-yoing…. I’ve just over 100lbs to lose for my goal weight. I’m jumping on the accountability train and looking out of the windows instead of at my phone. I’m going to enjoy the sunny days and the rainy days but most importantly I’m not getting off at the next stop.

I had a really good busy weekend. Was out shopping with my mum on Saturday, we stopped off for lunch somewhere and I managed to successfully track my food. Stayed under my calorie goal for Saturday. They can't make any money by promoting an active liftyle. Only by changing the syn values of foods and chainging the plan....

I'm not a fan of SW. I did it on and off for a few years. Lost up to 3 stone a few times and always put it back on. Most SW members are allowed 15 syns a day. Some even more. This means that on SW, you could eat 4 of these huge plates a day and be under your syn allowance. But that’s 4800 calories.... For someone like me…

Wow! Such an incredible transformation and your story is so inspiring a relatable. I am also a yoyo dieter. Anything between 172 and 304! It’s amazing how many success stories are on here with just MFP and a fit bit. You should be so proud of yourself!

I have done Slimming World on and off for about 5 years now. I’d always lose about 3 stone and then just give up because it wasn’t sustainable for me. I was forcing myself to eat foods I didn’t like and wasn’t enjoying eating any more. I hate how everything had to be low fat to be low syns and how pasta was “free” and you…

120lbs. Feel so much more motivated to do this now knowing I can do what @TavistockToad said and fit the food I like into my weekly calorie goal. I was dreading it being all veggies and plain chicken but i'm glad I can still have pizza!

Yeah, even just achieving the little things put you in a great mood! I actually really enjoy going now. I started in November last year and go Wednesdays and Saturdays. We did a Bi’s and Tri’s day yesterday!
