Feel so much more motivated to do this now knowing I can do what @TavistockToad said and fit the food I like into my weekly calorie goal.
I was dreading it being all veggies and plain chicken but i'm glad I can still have pizza!

of course you can, i had pizza on Tuesday!
if you look in my diary, i generally save 100-200 cals Monday to Thursday so that i can eat more, eat out or enjoy a glass of prosecco at the weekend.

For me, the journey is about learning sustainable habits that you can live with while both losing and maintaining weight.
So if you want to keep eating pizza, learn to fit it in. Also, eat some fruit and veg and do some regular exercise that you enjoy.3 -

I like that perhaps I’ll be making my way to that point. That’s definitely something for me to work towards. Appreciate it!! Slowly but surely! 🙌🏼💪🏼0
