Hi, I just joined the group. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's a little over 4 years ago and just recently declared gluten intolerant when I was having severe abdominal pains. I was close to 300 pounds before I finally found a doctor to test my thyroid. This has been a scary journey and I am still trying to learn.
