  • Not quite, if I don't have any restrictions all I do is binge eat on bad stuff in abusive quantities, whereas if I have an actual plan for the day that includes healthy foods in the end it's a healthier choice. Better to eat with a plan in mind that doesn't scare me away from food than binge eat on bad stuff.
