Yes!! Bodybeast rocks! I did a round and loved my results!

First photo was taken when I was 36 weeks pregnant with my first. Second was taken yesterday. I used all Beachbody programs to get my abs back after kids!

Hey!! I've been on here for a few months and have several awesome motivational friends on here. I'll send you a request! I'm currently in my last week of a 12 week weight training program.
-
I've done both. I say Hammer and Chisel is a better one to start with if you have 20 lbs to lose!! Both amazing programs.

I ate cheese and crackers and pepperoni pizza like a fiend when I had bad morning sickness. Also, I ate tons of chocolate chip cookies and milk. LOL. None of these ideas are particularly healthy but it's what I could keep down so I ate that for weeks on end. Hope you get over it soon! It's not fun

The Taste is awesome. I do vegan chocolate since I can't handle how whey protein bloats me.

I know everyone is going to hate on me, but I drink it every day and love it. It's just all about what works for you. And no, I am not a coach. I have a great coach who helped me out on my fitness journey! It is pricey, I agree.

I did it last year and adored it!

I adore my containers. I've used them for 5.5 months. To me, counting calories is a pain. Before too long, you can easily eyeball Portions!

PIYo is like a yoga Pilates fusion with constant movement. It is low impact. You just use your body weight to sculpt your body. There are some push-ups, but there is a modifier so she makes it much easier!

Body beast is the strength training program I am doing. I

PIYo will be perfect for you. You can start with the modifier. I do it along with Body Beast. I love PIYo as it is low impact but still very effective.
-
I was nine months pregnant in the first pic and then the second was after I did the Masters Hammer and Chisel. Great strength training program!

If you have diastesis recti, which I have, you need to get the MuTu system. Regular core work will not fix it and can make it worse, sadly! I'm ordering mine this week. I have strong abs but still a separation under my belly button. I want my six pack, darn it! Lol! Four of my friends have done MuTu and have had great…

PIYo is great if you are recovering from knee or back injuries.
-
As you can see by my profile, I love to hike with my dog.! So much fun!
-
I think it is more the chemicals in ALL soft drinks that make them terrible for you. I like to add cucumbers and different fruits to my water to make it more tasty!
-
I have tried to like running for years and years. I hate it! So I found that other exercises were enjoyable instead.
-
Def see a doctor, then give PIYo a shot! Low impact and extremely effective. My knees were shot after a month of crossfit back in the winter. They are fine now!
-
I do portion control containers!
-
Masters Hammer and Chisel. Gave me seriously strong gams and glutes! LOL! My hubs says you could bounce a quarter off my booty! Ha!
-
You gotta have treats and such sometimes or you go crazy!
-
I follow a portion control plan and stay on that 90 percent of the time.
-
I always have to have a schedule to follow lol! I'm doing a strength training program 5 to 6 days a week, and I also add yoga or PIYo two times a week.
-
I'm 5' 5" and eat between 2100 and 2500 calories per day to maintain 115#. I workouts 30-50 minutes per day, 6 days a week.
-
Lol! That is good stuff!

This is a great question. Chips are amazing. Try avocado oil potato chips. Or homemade sweet potato chips! The bomb!
