Hammer and Chisel was amazing for me! I got great results. I am on week 5 of Body Beast, which is also fantastic! My profile pic on here is my p90x 3 results! All great programs. I went from a skinny 107 to a strong 115 doing p90x3 and Hammer and Chisel.

Have you ever been pregnant and suffered diastesis recti? Before I knew better, I thought that traditional ab exercises would heal it. They made my muscle separation worse, and while I have strong abs, I still have a mom pouch!

I still can't do pull-ups and I did all of p90x3. My profile pic is my results from it! I loved it. You can use the resistance band with a door attachment for the pull-ups instead!

I agree with the one lady above. You would really have to give your all those 22 minutes. It is hard, but doable!

It got monotonous for me so I stopped 22 minute hard corps. My profile pic here is my p90x3 results! I liked that better. More variety of workouts!

I do 3/4 cup plain yogurt, I cup diced celery, 1 cup diced Apple, 1/4 cup walnuts, and 2 Tbsp raisins for a healthy Waldorf salad!

It is great! I get the Exekial bread from the freezer organic section at Wegmans. It doesn't make me feel bloated like regular whole wheat bread!

I agree with you!! I'm the same. I just always try to do complex carbs like quinoa and oatmeal and sprouted bread!

No I said I tried low carb before. I did not try Keto. I was curious as some of my CF friends are raving about it but they all are kind of hefty.

I didn't. Lol. I'm on the lower end of the weight spectrum.... 115# and 5'5". And still nursing so I don't want to lose any more weight!
