  • Definitely worth the $10. Keeps you moving non-stop for 30min with enough variation to keep it from getting boring. When i first started I found myself cursing out Jillian because I wanted a break :-) I do this when I don't feel like going to the gym.

  • I would absolutely suggest that you up your protein. Protein at breakfast and maybe some low cal/high protein (like fish) and veggies at dinner instead of just a baked potato. You're doing great, keep it up!
