I've discovered for myself that weight is not always a reliable goal/guide. I've only lost about 1.5 kg since working out over the past 18 months (although fitness not weight loss was and remains my goal) yet dropped a size in jeans/shorts/skirts (from 8-10 to 6-8). Working out (cardio and weights) has certainly improved…

Not sure where "here" is swift13b but in Australia, some of the DFO (direct factory outlet) stores in Melbourne have jeans at great prices, eg Just Jeans and Jeans West. I'm 165 cm and 54-55 kg, size AU6-8 depending on brand.

Thanks everyone :). I am actually becoming less harsh on myself since joining this site. After all I am maintaining my goal weight, exercising about 60 minutes 6 times per week and in general, eating very healthily. I have been told not to criticise myself too much for my 2-3 times weekly binges on bread, cereal and cheese…
