I have tried one before but has health issues with son come up and was unable to access MFP. Hoping for a better run this time.

Short term is just to remember that a bad day doesn't ruin every thing. l am trying not to focus to much on the scale. I am wanting to get to where I can keep up with my kids and play with out having to constantly stop to catch my breath.

Main goal to start is to focus on eating when I am eating. No TV or phone, slow down and see if helps me not ever eat.

I too am restarting after having lost some and regained after failing to keep up. My mental health has played a factor. I think aiming for 5 lb in January is a great way to go about it and it sounds like you are in a wonderful mindset for it right now. Best of luck

April has brought a lot of stress and set backs in my journey. Hoping this Month can turn it around and be the start of something great. I am lowering my weekly goal lb a week. Daily Post Friday Track: Yes Calories: Yes Exercise: Yes - planned work out, 2752 steps before tracker died, a one mile walk to a YouTube video, and dancing with my daughter. Goals or Day: Day was crazy but productive. Also stayed in calorie range, had a delicious dinner and had fun with the two littlest of my littles.
