  • Yesterday was physically and emotionally draining. With all the driving and appointments and the death of my tracker (charged now) I have no idea if I hit my step goal or not. I spent 45 minutes trying to calm (with help of nurses) an autistic meltdown in the doctors office which is a massive wrestling match that left me…

  • Wishing you all the best. I know the struggle as well. I lack motivation and support often. Right now we have a very stressful situation at home and it is not helping matters. Feel free to add me if you would like. Also I have found that joining a team or challenge helps. I joined the biggest lover team challenge this…

  • A birthday cake Hershey Kiss.... I don't recommend the kids got the rest of them. I had stuck the pack in the freezer so they would last a few weeks. Didn't like them
  • I am not currently listening to music be cause I am trying to get my kid to sleep but lately I have been listening to AJR - Bang and 100 Bad Days both good songs. Also love 90s country and the Pentatonix. I will listen to and enjoy most music but these have been my go to lately.
  • My husband told me mine is bad boys when we were arguing about Gilmore Girls. Not sure he is right or if he is wrong but my type is definitely him.

  • Introducing my kids to the marvel super heros since they never had an interest in watching them before....also I am rewatching the series Once Upon a Time and my 2nd son and I watch a few cooking shows together.
  • I am currently working my way through Gone with the Wind. It was my Mom's favorite and I have never read it all the way through so wanted to give it a shot about half way (maybe a little farther now.
  • I have a Garmin Vivosmart 3 that I love. It syncs with MFP and Achievement app so I like that aspect. It tracks my steps and heart rate as well as my sleep.
  • @NorthCascades thank you for that suggestion. I will see if my doctor has anyone she can refer me too. I saw a sports medicine specialist and orthopedic surgeon on it. And did physical therapy. Physical therapy made a slight improvement, but that was mostly because she pushed some of the muscles and tendons back into the…
  • @concordancia Thank you for the suggestions. I do not have access to a pool but we try to get to the lake at least 3 times a week during the summer since it is just down the road.
