2nd job is really getting to me. I only got in one day of exercise. I’m eating pretty good but could be doing a lot better. I’ll figure out a balance eventuality.

Its about what I expected as I have been eating at a less drastic deficit. I am having a lot of cravings and work is stressful, so I want to go slower for a bit and avoid burning myself out and binging.

I might be slowing down, but am still committed. I'm having a health scare and will be wearing a heart monitor for the next week. Doctor told me I had to take a break from my workouts but I can still do light things when I feel up to it. Hopefully things will be looking better next week
