March week 3-what?! Halfway through the month-how are you doing on your goals? What is working? How will you change what isn't?
My weak spot is after work snacking; I get home at 4 starving, so I eat too muc JUNK. Simple step: Costco precut veggies. add some hummus and I am good to go. Made a big difference this week for me! What about you?

This week I have had to make a couple trips to the store which resulted in atheist an hour of walking each trip. The weather has turned (hopefully stays this way) and we have been able to walk the half mile to the mail box which is a nice change. I also have been trying to make sure to get all east 8 servings of water each day.
I need to work on not sitting as much. Even if I just walk around the house I want to try to get more activity in. Also want to try to make sure I am eating at least three meals a day so I don't eat to much at one time.
