This week I have had to make a couple trips to the store which resulted in atheist an hour of walking each trip. The weather has turned (hopefully stays this way) and we have been able to walk the half mile to the mail box which is a nice change. I also have been trying to make sure to get all east 8 servings of water each day.
I need to work on not sitting as much. Even if I just walk around the house I want to try to get more activity in. Also want to try to make sure I am eating at least three meals a day so I don't eat to much at one time.

Its about what I expected as I have been eating at a less drastic deficit. I am having a lot of cravings and work is stressful, so I want to go slower for a bit and avoid burning myself out and binging.3 -

good strategy and awesome that you know yourself so well!1 -
For the first time in a long time, I got on the treadmill to walk in the evening to make up the 2,500 step shortage and to reach 10,000. Felt good to just walk. Also felt good to not do work for once in the evening.
All meals planned this week are gluten free meals ( I planned them, but to see if it will benefit someone else in the house) but I am curious to see if it will make any kind of difference this week for me.
Unfortunately, I had 4 days off, and gained 1. 9 lbs of the weight I lost last week. I feel like I am starting the month all over again but I am not giving up!

I might be slowing down, but am still committed. I'm having a health scare and will be wearing a heart monitor for the next week. Doctor told me I had to take a break from my workouts but I can still do light things when I feel up to it. Hopefully things will be looking better next week

Loving this downward trend. Hoping I can keep on track good these next few weeks. We have a lot suddenly and unexpectedly going on at home and as a normal stress/emotional eater I am hoping I don't sabotage myself. Yesterday wreaked havoc on male emotionally and with the stress. I am proud though. I had certain foods I wanted to go get (cupcakes, Chinese and then some onion rings from the restaurant down the road.) I avoided these normal comforts and ate chicken and cucumber salad for dinner but I know the next few weeks are going to be rough.
