Saturday, week 2
I've started weightlifting again (3x this week) so was not expecting a loss this week. Once my body adapts I know the scale will start moving again.

This week I have had to make a couple trips to the store which resulted in atheist an hour of walking each trip. The weather has turned (hopefully stays this way) and we have been able to walk the half mile to the mail box which is a nice change. I also have been trying to make sure to get all east 8 servings of water each day.
I need to work on not sitting as much. Even if I just walk around the house I want to try to get more activity in. Also want to try to make sure I am eating at least three meals a day so I don't eat to much at one time.
