  • My steps average about 2500- 3000 and I thought I was doing good :o . I think I am going to try this but not sure I can make 10000 steps a day. Unless I have no customers at work I kind of end up at a stand still...maybe I should just walk in place there. Have had what I consider a busy day today and only at 2100 steps…
  • I am in.....just recently started trying to walk more....Doing a charity 8 week challenge for work where I log my steps every day into a website and they do a donation to feeding america and other groups like that based on the steps walked by all employees at the end of the 8 weeks.
