Thank you so much. I will give it three weeks while paying close attention to my food intake while also kicking myself to workout like I used to do. I need to get back to my normal weight. This def has been a change for me. Thank you, again!!!:)

I think most of it has to involve drinking beer on the weekends, which I never used to do regularly. My stomach has shown a difference which I understand beer does that. I been cutting down with it. Just new to me now being at a weight I haven't been at. Is it possible to get rid of belly fat? Having that I let myself go…
